Job Description


- Scouting for suitable project, country, and joint venture partners considering suitability with corporate goal and willingness of the other party to participate jointly
- Preparation of legal documents
- Financial, Legal and Statutory due diligence of the project, joint venture partners so as to avoid complications in future. Check points: all necessary Government, Relevant Authorities, Board consents, approval and compliances should be in place.
- Streamlining of Cash Flow management process
- Project due diligence and cost estimation
-Prepare comprehensive financial models to deliver Profitability, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet projections, Debt Repayment Schedules and Sensitivity Analysis for Projects Coordinate with finance providers on due diligence, term sheet negotiations and documentation.

BE/Btech Civil
MBA Finance
Incumbent must have 10-15 years of experience
