Initial scrutiny of incoming RFQ
Preparation of Specification Review list with inputs from Customer's enquiry specification
Finalization of scope, Exclusion, Terminal point between units/consortium partner in case of composite tender.
Seeking clarifications on Enquiry specification from Customer/Consultant Risk review, both Technical and commercial, before submission of the proposal.
Finalizing of Design Approach & Selection of Bought out equipment.
Preparation and forwarding of specification (selection input) for selection of auxiliaries to concerned sections
Preparation, compilation and forwarding to commercial of the following:
Specification for sub-vendor items and evaluation of the quotations received wherever required
Details required for Erection estimate
Estimable Bill of material
General Arrangement and Schematic Drawings
List of / Information on spares
Presentation of Proposal package to Management wherever required
Discussion with Sister Units/Consortium Partner of final proposal incase of composite offers
Preparation of post submission clarification on Proposal package and meeting with Customer / Consultant.
