Possess considerable expertise in planning, estimation, monitoring, co-ordination and execution of infrastructure projects, related to roads, national highway, flyovers etc.
Will be heading the Eastern region of India.
Will be required to travel regularly to Eastern India for project related work.
Keen eye for ensuring job execution within time and cost limits, with strict compliance to all safety and quality requirements.
Well versed in preparation of construction schedule, construction methodology, as well as job cost estimates at the starting of the project. Good experience in monthly cost evaluation & monitoring progress as per schedule.
Highly resourceful in managing relations with Government officials, client, (Sub) Contractors and other agencies.
Expertise in swiftly ramping up projects.
Skilled at analyzing progress & project trends, preparing & reviewing project execution plan, method statements, QA/QC procedures, work procedures, implementation of safety systems & policies and job hazard analysis etc.
Demonstrated abilities in achieving cost savings across assignments.
Proficient at co-ordinating procurement involving vendor estimation, tendering, contract negotiations & finalization of goods purchase.

Leading a strong Project Management Team.
