Engineering Manager

Our client is a Consulting and Construction Company.

Job profile:

Plans, organizes, and supervises the engineering work of a large project staff of one or more disciplines. Included are staff selections, work assignments, monitoring of progress and review of personnel.

Conducts special studies or analysis of major importance requiring an extensive staff of specialists or highly experienced engineers Administers non-engineering activities associated with project staff.

Functions as the prime client contact coordinating the resolution of problems, reviewing progress, recommending alternatives and advising on project objectives

Provides consulting expertise within an area of specialization, acquired through active experience, training, and research.

Identifies and assesses improvement opportunities which will add value.

Champions continuous improvement efforts. Assesses and supports the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements.

Proactively supports, encourages and facilitates staff to engage in continuous improvement activities.

Candidate Profile

Engineering management of multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

BE or ME in Civil

Minimum Experience 16 years

Work Location: Delhi
