Job profile:
· Incumbent will be reporting to Group Chairman and responsible for leading and managing the entire Renewable energy business based out of Mumbai.
· You will play a key role in driving and delivering the strategic operating model and to create an environment for growth in the Power market for the business.
· The role will cover the Profit & Loss and subsequent support functions across the country with initial focus on growing and structuring of the captive finance department whilst recruiting exceptional leaders for the revenue generation side of the business.
· The key focus will be on people and project management, increased revenue streams, financial control, cost management, management reporting among many others.
· The role would require key functional and regional stakeholder management and act as a single point of contact for country escalation issues.
The Successful Applicant
· Our ideal candidate will have 25+ years of experience with an Engineering Degree from TOP Tier Institutes & MBA from a Top Tier B-School and have led large team. With senior management experience in Renewable Energy Business, you can demonstrate proven capacities in improving business performance across multiple facets of Power Business. Having a demonstrable track record in achieving both top and bottom-line targets, building world class management teams; you will excel a challenging environment, take a hands-on approach, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in both mature and emerging markets is a distinct advantage.
